DCC Staff
Meet DCC Pastor, AJ Dean, and his family!
AJ has been our Lead Pastor since October of 2026. Before joining us in Dayton, he pastored at a church on the Oregon Coast. AJ holds a Certificate of Biblical Studies from Nations University. He and his wife, Morgan, have been married since 2022. Together they have two beautiful daughters Georgia and Bobbi. In his spare time, AJ enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, hunting, being outdoors, and helping people grow into a deeper relationship with Jesus.
